Know what needs you today, without putting a date on everything.
You run three clients, two prospects, the admin and your own portfolio. Clair keeps it in one tree, watches your own activity, and shows a short list of what became urgent on its own. Each line says why it is there. Nothing needs a deadline to be noticed.
Task apps only notice what you gave a date. Most of your work has none.
When you work alone, nobody chases you. A client goes quiet, a note sits in your inbox, a thing gets snoozed for the fourth time. None of it is overdue, because none of it had a date. So nothing tells you.

Work on one branch. Decide what may interrupt. Everything else is held, not lost.
Falling through
A weekly sweep of what went quiet: clients, requests, unfiled notes, things you keep postponing.
Five signals. None of them need a date.
Clair watches what you actually do in the tree: what you edit, what you mark as waiting, what you capture, what you snooze. Each signal skips silently when it has nothing to go on. There are no thresholds to configure.
The only one that uses a date
If you did give something a date and it is overdue or due within two days, it is Only urgent.
Requests age in the open
Mark a node Waiting for someone. After five quiet days it surfaces with the name and the count.
A client you have not touched
A client branch with no edit, note or capture for ten days. Before they notice you went quiet.
Captures that never got a home
Anything in the Inbox for three days without a branch.
The thing you keep snoozing
Same item snoozed three times. Schedule a Focus Session on it, or park it on purpose.
Zia drafts the tree. You keep it.
Say who you work for and what else is on your plate. Zia proposes a tree, no dates. From then on she reads the same tree you do and tells you straight what to look at, and why.
A tree from a sentence
Clients, prospects, admin, your own projects. Rename or delete any branch. Or skip Zia and build it by hand.
Reasons, not rankings
"Nudge Claire first. Six days is three times your usual gap with Maison Lila." You can check every claim against the record.
Nothing happens without you
She never sends a nudge, marks something Seen or files a capture on her own. If Zia is unavailable, Clair keeps working.
What people ask before joining.
Do I have to put dates on things?
No. Four of the five signals read your own activity: what you edit, mark as waiting, capture and snooze. Add a date only when a real deadline exists. The calendar view is there, but it is never the thing that decides what matters.
Can I change when a signal fires?
Not in this version. The thresholds (two days, five days, ten days, three days, three snoozes) are fixed so the list stays trustworthy. Every signal skips silently when it has no input.
What does "Seen" do?
It stops the signal for that item. Nothing is deleted or moved. The node stays exactly where it was in your tree.
Is it in French?
English and Français, switchable from the sidebar. Every string in the interface is translated; nothing is baked into graphics.
Is this the same as Zyntropio?
Same engine, same assistant. Clair is the version for people who work alone: one tree instead of a team board, signals instead of due dates, Focus Sessions, and the weekly "Falling through the cracks" sweep.
What happens to my data?
Your tree is visible only to you. Sharing is per workspace and off by default. We do not show real workspaces on this site — Léa, Studio Marge and her clients are fictional.
